We are celebrating 30 years in 2020 which I am extremely proud of, especially in this industry. Cherry Tree provides Interactive DJ Entertainment, Full Production services and Event Direction for a wide array of clients both in Winnipeg and Western Canada. I have been fortunate to be involved with large scale corporate events, awards gala’s, bar & bat mitzvah celebrations as well as weddings. I attribute my success to the infectious energy I bring to every party, taking every detail to the extreme creating those special moments for my clients, their guests, and even the vendors and staff at the venues. I truly care about each event and how special it is to the client – I am always striving higher and seeking out new innovative ways to top each event – it is what makes me unique. The feeling I get by seeing everyone engaged at my events and feeling like they are an integral part of the process is truly incredible and magical. Over the last several years, we have incorporated “After Dinner Entertainment” and “Interactive Party Bursts”. Our ability to engage people, including those who say “I don’t dance or I don’t participate”… and then seeing them on the dance floor excited, laughing and having fun is why I love what I do. I think it is pretty amazing to think that a small business that started in a spare bedroom in my parents basement 30 years ago has blossomed into a full time successful career that allows me to host and produce events in Winnipeg and many cities in Western Canada – aside from my incredible team that assist and perform at the events, we handle all the aspects of the business from client meetings to bringing their vision/dream to life, setting up events, to execution, tear down and finally client follow up – I believe that is why our clients then become like friends, We build relationships with each of them.
Being an 2019 Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in the Winnipeg Night Life Awards was real thrill and testiment to our longevity and success.
